Your business name and contact, the customer's name, each item with quantity and unit price, the total, the amount in words, the date and how long the price is valid.
Can I turn a quotation into an invoice?
Yes. After you share the quotation, tap “Turn into invoice”. The items and customer are copied, with a new invoice number.
Is a quotation the same as a proforma invoice?
They are similar: both give the price before the sale. Naira Docs makes quotations; a proforma template is planned.
